Brano Kollar
Chief Executive Officer↓

Brano Kollar joined the company in 2023, transitioning from Aggreko UK Ltd, where he held various roles across South & East Africa and Asia for more than 15 years. His expertise lies in international Sales, Marketing, and Team Leadership, which are instrumental in furthering Breakwater Investments Ltd’s strategy. Brano holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Academy of Commerce & Business Administration in Slovakia.

Aldo Ellul

Aldo was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Breakwater Investments in March 2024. In this role, he oversees the finance function for the holding company, consolidates the group’s financial statements and monitors business performance, cash flow, and capital requirements, while ensuring compliance with statutory fiscal and corporate obligations. He also drives the overarching financial strategy and is a key player in the analysis of new projects and business development at Breakwater and its subsidiaries. A certified public accountant by profession, Aldo’s expertise is in international corporate environments and matrix reporting structures, having previously served as CFO at Unified Global Services Group Limited for over 9 years.

Arzu Bilgic

Arzu Bilgic joined Hili Ventures in 2021 and was appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer at its subsidiary company, Breakwater Investments, in 2023. She currently supports the CEO and business leaders in growth strategy, sales force strengthening, commercial policy implementation, and leading special projects. With over 20 years of experience at Procter & Gamble in Turkey, Arzu held senior roles in Marketing, Sales, and Strategy and Planning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bogazici University.

Aristarco Cefai

Aristarco (Aris) Cefai joined Hili Ventures in 2012 and became Director of HR at Breakwater Investments in 2023. With previous HR roles at Hili Ventures, Premier Capital, and 1923 Investments, Aris brings extensive strategic management experience. He has led HR functions at global organizations such as Qatar National Hotels Company, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International, and Toly Products. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, he excels in human capital management across sectors, upholding brand integrity.

Michèle Dandria
Director of Marketing↓

Michèle Dandria assumed the role of Director of Marketing at Breakwater Investments in 2023. She previously served as Director of Marketing at 1923 Investments plc, Hili Ventures’ technology division, and held positions as Chief Operations Officer at Carmelo Caruana Company Ltd and Professional Courier Services. Before joining the group, Michèle was Content and Digital Media Manager at GO plc. She holds over 30 years of experience in senior marketing, operations, product management, and media content acquisitions.
